Employees’ Attitude Toward Women Managers in the UAE: Role of Socio-Demographic Factors

This study aims to understand and examine the relationship between socio-demographic factors attitudes toward women managers in context of United Arab Emirates (UAE). research paper is an exploratory we have taken into consideration a basic framework that exists among different responsible for perceptions managers. The literature review has focused on various overarching perspectives formed by societal actors. draws mainly from Social Learning Theory Albert Bandura (1977). A sample 213 employees was drawn relationship. respondents were administered well-established (Women as Managers Survey) WAMS questionnaire get responses dimensions. Multivariate Regression Analysis using SPSS 26.0 version applied analyze data.
